We often get stuck while choosing a property for either living there or for commercial purpose. One should not hurry while hunting for the right place. A proper place with all the amenities nearby the property will worth your hard earned money. We all have seen people complaining about how far they live from public transport and have to walk or change two three means of transportation before they reach their office. Problems like these occur when we choose a home in a hurry.

Points to keep in mind while choosing a property :

1. One should keep in mind for how secure is the location of the property. Not only from natural calamities but the property should not be in a shady area. 
2. Public Transportation system should not be far from the house. 
3. The property should be in close approximation from the market/shopping center.
4. Health and education facilities should be nearby.
